As a teenager, I had a few misadventures while skateboarding. I was hit by a car and bit by a dog in the same day. I learned the hard way not to lean in too much when dropping into a ramp. I learned that when you get speed wobbles, it's better to jump off and run it out through the ditch than to try and ride it out and be thrown in the ditch. Every bail or slam that I had pales in comparison to this:
